Baroness
Five Piles, Thirteen
For 1 Player - Level: Easy / Moderate
Layout: Deal a row of five cards.

Play: Remove any Kings or any pair of cards that add up to 13. That includes not only:
| 3 and Ten | 5 and 8 |
| 4 and 9 | 6 and 7 |
but also:
| Ace and Queen | 2 and Jack |
Discard those cards. Then deal the next row of five, on top of the first one, and go through the same process. Only the top cards are available for pairing and discarding.
Deal on, until the pack has been exhausted. The two cards left over at the end can be made into a separate pile. They are also available to be paired and discarded.
To win the game: Discard all the cards in pairs that add up to 13.
Redeals: None.
